Handyman to replace my patio electric awning canopy

I need a metal gazebo awning assembled I have someone here to assist you

Retractable electric awning in the patio needs brackets/arms to open fully and replace the canopy.

I need my office rendered only i have a tonne of sand already but feel free to come over to give m more accurate quote

1) Dismantle for reuse the left hand built in wardrobe (1st photo) in order to install plasterboard behind 2) dismantle box  and redundant pipes inside on left hand side of this built in wardrobe (client can dispose of rubbish) 3) Install on dot and dab basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply) behind where left hand built in wardrobe(1st foto) and at the back of right hand cupboard(2nd foto - no dismantling required other than ubhooking and rehooking quick release doors ) were 4) Cut a piece of offcut insulated plasterboard and screw with offcut plywood client would provide to ceiling where the box was removed.   5) Reduce the size of 2 skiting boards so they do not get in the way when the left hand wardrobe is re-installed against the plasterboard   6) Apply lining paper (client to supply) to the insulated plasterboard   7) Re-install left hand built in wardrobe against the insulated plasterboard, client will supply cut plywood pieces for the left hand shelve, as the original shelves will not be deep enough once the box is removed.   Client will empty the wardrobe before work starts.  Parking is available on driveway. Worker to supply fixings/screws in case not reusable and tools/mixer for the job. client to supply insulated plasterboard, plasterboard adhesives, lining paper and adhesives

There is a hole in my plasterboard wall near my skirting board. I live in a 4th floor apartment in a high rise building - the studs are made of steel. The hole is about 15cm wide.

I Need my awning window’s width to be readjusted as I’m trying to install a portable air conditioner and need more space for the vent hose. Thanks

1) Dismantle these 2 built in wardrobe on left hand side(first photo) for re-use 2) Remove the box and redundant pipes inside the box on the left hand side behind shelves (old guttering from roof which had long been replaced by external gutters) 3) Install on Dab & Dot basis insulated plasterboard (client to supply both- workman to cut & size) 4) Cut a small piece of off cut insulated plasterboard on the ceiling where the box was. 5) Cut to size and install insulated plasterboard on right hand cupboard (2nd photo- no dismantling required other than unhooking and re-hooking the doors from quick release hinge) on dot & dab basis (client to supply) 6)Apply lining paper to insulated plasterboard 7) Reduce the length of the 2 skirting boards such that they do not get in the way of the wardrobe door once reinstalled 8) Reinstall the dismantled wardrobe . Workman to supply screws/fixings in case they cannot be used and use longer/suitable screw/wall plug for the now thicker plasterboard behind. For the shelves, client will supply plywood boards cut to size as the existing ones will not be deep enough once the box is removed. 9) Workman to come equip with the the necessary tools & equipment such as mixer for the plasterboard adhesives. Both the wardrobe & cupboard will be emptied before workman arrive

Render the wall and patch up so water doesn’t penetrate down to box room.

A section of the lower part of render on my bungalow (approximately 3.5m length by 60 cm height) has 'blistered' and come away from the brickwork. I would like his to be repaired or redone. In addition, there are some cracks in the render of the lower section of the external wall at the back of the house which I would like repaired.

Need this broken brick wall repaired/rebuilt where it’s fallen down - and rendered (I will paint).

We need someone to re-render the external reveals to, and refurbish the external sill of, a sash window that has been recently replaced on the 2nd floor of our flat (see screenshots from video recently taken). The expandable foam that is visible in the images has since been replaced with concrete. We now need someone to do the rendering. Ideally the renderer would work from the inside (it is a sash window so can be opened from both the top and bottom to allow access to the reveals). Ideally a through colour (white) render would be used that would not need subsequent painting. The sill needs rubbing down and repainting with masonry paint or similar.

The doors don't slide smoothly and keep getting stuck. Sometimes they come off the frame. Looking for someone to fix the sliding mechanism.

Install Awning on my backyard window

I have a drywall, I bought a TV stand and I need to install it on it. I could try to do it but I prefer a professional who has already done this

- Back patio awning is stuck on 'out' mode. Replaced remote batteries but did not help.
