I am looking for licensed plumber to test drainage for 2 bathrooms. Need to perform pressure testing and camera testing. Need to produce report to hand it to Building Maintenance Manager. Issue: Apartment is on 21st Level, sometimes water seeping on 20th Level.

Hello I have a LG washing machine that appears to be leaking from the bottom. No issue with the pipes placements at the back. The machine seems to be working as per normal except for the leaking.

Hello Taskers, I’m in need of someone skilled in appliance repair to fix my Fisher & Paykel 6kg dryer (Model: DE6060G1), which is displaying error code 4. According to my research, this error indicates a heater or sensor malfunction, and indeed, the dryer is not heating up as it should. It’s most likely that the cut-out switch has tripped, requiring a manual reset. Everything else seems to be functioning properly; it’s just not producing heat. The product code is 93175. I’m seeking assistance to diagnose and repair the issue. If you have experience with Fisher & Paykel dryers or similar appliances, your expertise would be greatly appreciated. I have a usable-but-retired washing machine to be disposed. Honestly, it is still functional but some restore is needed.

Replace old rangehood and install new Rangehood. The new rangehood is thicker in dimensions and will have to add a wooden panel to cabinet to install the new rangehood below. Please advise.

My dishwasher model is fisher and paykel dd60scx6. The machine can turn on because It can't start washing. It seems that it's not detecting door close. When I close the drawer and press the start button, it will beep 3 times very quickly and then flash.
