The dishwasher requires some maintenance, where it starts and then stops after a 5 minutes with a fair bit of water gathered at the bottom. It is a fisher and paykel dishwasher.
Alton was extremely quick to respond and visit. Unfortunately he was not able to resolve the issue with the dishwasher in this instance. His communication was quick and friendly. Thank you.

Fisher Paykel 7kg Washing Machine Filter is stuck and cannot remove to clean. Washer is producing error 37. Youtube videos have already been followed.
Javier came on the day, and was able to get the filter out by going under and behind the machine. He did it efficiently and cleanly while working in a tiny space. He explained things along the way to ensure longevity of the washing machine. I will be using him in the future and recommending him to friendly and family

Kitchen rangehood fan has stopped working. I’ve opened it up and taken a look, tried to lube it up etc to no avail. I’ve been able to get power to the fan and have it spin when I kickstart it by spinning it myself prior to turning it on. Obviously this ain’t ideal. Research online tells me it may be the capacitor. I’m not expert however. I’m open to discussing the job, it’s requirements, etc. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 14 December 2023

Detergent drawer is stuck and won’t pull out. Need help getting it moving again. Can’t see any damage to the drawer after unscrewing front panel. Just appears jammed. Model is a Samsung 7.5kg front loader. Can do any day after 4pm over the next week. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 24 November 2023
