Cooling fans on tanning bed are making a lot of noise and a burnt rubber/ fuse smell is coming from them

As title. Handyman required to fix wobbly bedframe. Pls come in afternoon as my teenage daughter will be sleeping in the bed for probably most of the morning haha. Picture attached. As you can see, it's off the vertical. Problem must be internal as I can't see external bolts.
