We are open to suggestions but hoping for: - Grazing tables (chaucuterie boards)/finger food after the ceremony - some sort of substantial main meal We are very open to things like spit roast/ gourmet bbq/paella/ Thai food etc!) - there is a kitchen on site but it is fairly basic so the more equipment you can provide/pre-cook the better - a couple of staff to prepare/clean up We would like to keep costs affordable - ideally less than $30/head for everything.
