Light socket replacement

I have a bathroom light and kitchen strip light that need to be installed. Both are faulty and broken at the moment.

I need smoke alarm batteries and a lightbulb changed. Task will include buying the batteries and replacement bulb from the nearest hardware and/or lighting store, which is nearby. My apartment has very high ceilings (3 meters ++) and I'm injured at the moment, so I can't do these tasks myself. There is a communal ladder available for use but I'm not sure if it's tall enough so I'd prefer if you brought your own.

Hi, we need a qualified electrician to add 4 power points, in 3 three rooms. All power lines that run to power boards are outside of wall in a plastic bracket. I've tried to show photos of this but I think no drilling or access to wall needed. Replacing a ceiling light already in the kitchen with a different light in the exact same place (no change to electrical source needed). Moving internal wiring that is currently on top of a cabinet (in a bracket) and we want to move it to the wall so we can remove the cabinet. In the house, none of the wiring is inside walls but under 'brackets' attached to walls - see photos. Same goes for the ceiling, wires are outside and within a 'bracket' so no drilling needed.

Chipped 2 burner induction stove top needs disconnecting & new one put in its place. Will need to arrange the keys with real estate or tenant to get access to the second story apartment. Qualified electrician only please. - Due date: Flexible

In the toilets/bathrooms (x3) the light and fan are controlled by a single switch. The task is to install dual switch so that the light and fan can be operated independently.
