Underfloor gas heating no longer in use, plumber has switched off and ducts are sealed internally but need someone to go under the house to remove the old ducts and do a simple seal up with plastic and duct tape (I can supply or include in your quote). Small bedroom (3.65 x 2.65m) on ground floor needs underfloor insulation installed under wooden floors. There is access under the floor. Most of the rest of the ground floor is already insulated however would consider additionally at looking at doing the rest depending on cost (approx 8x8m). Hard to show in photos - we have wood flooring throughout the ground floor of our house. In a couple spots there are now sections that have become raised / are sticking up. One single floor board in one area, then in another area a section about 0.5 x 2m. I think this might have happened due to high rainfall and humidity - I can't see any water damage or leaking that will have done it though. Lay self-adhesive vinyl planks around periphery of rooms where rugs do not cover. This is in hallway and living/dining room. Plus attach skirting moulding over laid planks. Existing flooring is plywood. While not much is on view outside of coverage of rugs, what is needs to be lined up properly.

The timber in our kitchen, dining and lounge needs to be sanded. The space is approx 10 metres wide by 6 metres in some parts and slightly deeper in the kitchen.

I have a piece of carpet that I would like trimmed and overlooked to create a rug. Finished rug to be 1200mm wide by 1500mm long. Carpet is a little over 1200 wide and approx 2500mm long currently.
