I need removal of old floor tiles, grout and all adhesive from kitchen and laundry required, and readying concrete floor for installation of hybrid flooring (already have a guy to install new floors). Approx 9m2 total area of ugly black tiles to be removed. There's even a little raw edge to start you off, from where we knocked a wall out. Some of the base cabinetry will be removed, some is staying, not too much to work around. Laundry is a straight line of cabinets/pantry. Washing machine and fridge will need moving to remove tiles underneath. Quotes please.

Hi guys We have a small home in Hamilton Hill that is being renovated. The old Vinyl floors and carpets have been removed and we have exposed a Jarrah floor. The Jarrah is in very good condition because it has always had a floor covering over it. The rooms that require sanding and polishing are as follows: Living Room - 3.6 x 4.5m Kitchen - 3.4 x 3.0m Passage - 5.4 x 1.0m Bedroom 1 - 3.6 x 2.9m Bedroom 2 - 4.1 x 3.6m Bedroom 3 - 3.0 x 3.0m So the total area that needs sanding and polishing is 66.1sqm There is a small amount of residue stuck on some of the timber, but it's very minor and come off easily. I am chasing someone to supply all materials, tools and complete the whole job. Thanks
