Need to remove unwanted plants and put in new ones ..with soil..

I would like to have someone who can tidy up the backyard garden (pull out the remainder grass and level up. We ourself have taken out most of the grass.. but the left over and the leveling work is left.

I have a garden bed with some plants in my courtyard which I need to get rid of and lay white pebbles to make it look nice and clean. I also have a garden bed in balcony which needs to be cleaned and weed treatment. I also want to lay white pebbles there. Both the places need to be cleaned as well. I have a tap in both courtyard and balcony for water. Need to get it done on Monday 29th.

There is a potted plant in my front yard. It was quite small when we moved in and has grown to be tall now and moreover, it has tilted as it has grown. My concern is that it has grown to be bigger than it’s supposed to be.
