We have had 1% of our compressions locks fail. We are looking at putting a anti rattle lock on the trailer to be able to ensure the tailgate stays closed even if the compression lock fails. We are doing this as a precautionary measure for our customers. Photos below of the lock to install. I will be sending a kit of parts required get this work completed. Hello I need someone to install a floating shelf in my room

Guerney underneath upstairs house the concrete & floor joists. Floor joists may require touch up paint to cover odd rust spots.

I have reversed in my retaining wall and broken two vertical posts the horizontal rails seem ok.

I’ve got 2 tvs to hang - one 55 inch and an 85 inch. The 85inch is replacing one that was already hung so there’s already 4 dyna bolts there. I’m not at home at the moment to take photos but I’ll send through the real estate photos - but I need a hand getting the below orange head board off the wall. And then the wall needs to be patched and painted. 5m x approx 3m ceiling height. A few other jobs like patch and paint various spots where hooks are, hanging a vacuum battery bank into the wall. We’ve just purchased the property and are setting it up for airbnb so there will just be odd jobs.

2 x shelves to be put up. All I need is 10 holes to be drilled into cement wall. Each shelf needs 5 screws, hence 10 x drilling holes required. I tried to do it myself but I didn't have enough strength to drill very far into the cement. I have hammer drill and all bits required.

There’s a hole in the screen door from the previous owners dog door but my new one needs to be attached with screws, drilled in through the wire screen door. The dog door fits into the current hole, so no cutting is needed but drilling screws into the wire door was an issue for my drill and we couldnt do it. The job will need the right tools or drill bit. - Due date: Flexible

I need the metal turntable attached to this round shelf unit to use as a spice rack. However, the turntable needs to rise above the feet on the bottom of the unit - there are 3 feet about 2.3cm thick and the centre foot where the upper shelves screw into. So it needs a round 2.5cm piece in between the bottom of the base and the metal turntable to lift the feet off the table surface. It will need to be a circular piece with a hole in the middle to accomodate the centre foot. - Due date: Before Sunday, 4 February 2024

Both these holes have been caused by using a strong adhesive which i wasn't aware would rip the paint. One is about 10 X 6 cm and the either about 6 X 4 cm. The larger one appears to be over wallpaper and the smaller one appears to be paint over wall. Would you help repair these? - Due date: Flexible
