Hi, just need someone to take away a pile of boxes and old bed, also need someone to screw in a bracket (curtain rod fell off). It's in a concrete wall, not much garbage and only 2 screws needed preferred long ones so it doesn't fall again. Very quick and easy job (must have own tools and transport).

Hello, I have just noticed that the beam above my window is totally rotten and the water is leaking through it. I assume that there must be a leakage on the roof or some problem with a gutter. The water is streaming along my window post! I live on a second (top) floor of a Strata building. I am looking for someone to locate the problem and suggest the solution.
