Jeep Grand Cherokee 2016 - I've got some maintenance tasks that I was hoping for assistance, including Air and Cabin filter replacement, Fuel filter replacement, oil filter, top up engine oil, and replace fog light. Already got all necessary parts except the jack to get under the carriage to replace Fuel filters. Can negotiate price.

Dissassemble 3.5m x 5.5m Jarrah decking. The Phillips head screws are old and require the right tools/knowledge to get out. Optional: cut down 5x colour bond posts.

Heat lamp for kitchen pass in cafe needs to be put on brackets. Holes need to be drilled. Only plug in required once hung up. Easy handyman task. No electrical work needed.

Grout cleaning in shower and kitchen sink.

Both side windows on the passenger side need replacement, car model is mg3 auto2023. Need a quote on the price and also when the job can be done. Please refer to the picture for a closer look, I will clean up all the debris before the appointment :)

I have a wooden King Sized bed and the bracket on one corner at the end of the bed has broken/sheared off so that the bed end is not connected to to bed frame on one side - the bracket needs fixing, and to secure the bed going forward I want to have an L shaped bracket fitted under each corner to make it strong so the bed won’t break again on any corner. To be clear, the points to be secured are where the bed end and bed head connect to the frame…at those points I want the L brackets fitted. Not a particularly difficult job but someone with woodwork skills to do it properly would be great.

The bottom right part of the door keeps jamming/scraping the base, would like door to close smoothly. (not sure if screws need adjusting or bottom of door planed)

We have a boxing bag wall bracket that needs to be hung (to a masonry wall), and a speed bag set that needs to be constructed and hung to the same masonry wall. There is also a mirror that needs to be re-hung to the masonry wall. You will need to bring masonry drill, screws and masonry wall plugs (large screws are needed for affixing this heavy equipment). We have screws for the mirror as it was previously wall hung on the same wall. Ideally job to be completed today (Friday) or tomorrow (sat).

We are hanging some floral arrangements (large) onto a brick wall. We need a handy man with a hammer drill and hooks/fixings to help us figure out how best to hang these arrangements and how much weight the existing hooks need to hold. 2 hours or less worth of work. will need all own tools and hooks/wall fixings. The picutres are of the laneway we will be working in, we have a scissor lift to assist with the heights.

Just need 7 holes drilled into the brick wall as pictured in the photos and for the ikea cabinets to be hung on the wall. Cabinets are already built and i have the screws to attach the cabinets I just dont have the tools to drill into the wall. Thank you
