I am moving out of my current house. Just need some handyman work done around the house such as: 1. Leaking laundry tap 2. Garage door to be put up (we took it down, we need it back up on the wall) 3. Front door handle fix (coded door handle) 4. Toilet seat to be fixed into place 5. Anything else that’s required 6. If possible some landscaping (weeding etc.) 7. Lastly painting to be done around the house where needed The exact cost of the job will vary but I would like to set an initial cost and then pay what’s required depending on extra needs. The wall is plasterboard (built in 2021) and we’re planning to use a Kogan TV wall mount (low profile fixed or extendible). Burnt a 10cm hole in wood shelving , need it repaired

There’s been a bit of movement with my front door (very old house) and the lock no longer aligns with the strike plate in the frame. It’s a eufy smart lock, so potentially the best option might be to adjust the strike plate. It’s a bit hard to show the issue in the photos, let me know if you need any other details. An external wood/chipboard panel has been blown in by the wind and so it needs to be placed back in its spot and nailed or screwed back into place. It is accessible via a manhole inside the house, but requires crawling through the ceiling for about four metres to be able to fix it. I have a ladder in place to get in through the manhole but a hammer/nails or drill/screws is required - Due date: Before Sunday, 31 December 2023
