Repaint ceiling & cornices of 1 study 195x379cm, long hallway with dog leg (730x95cm + 710x95cm) Kitchen 185x 355cm, dining 382x 368, lounge 390x 350cm, main bedroom 345x343, WIR 210x180, ensuite 200x 210 cm. House is 6 years old and initially very light coat of paint and as ceiling has been cleaned marks have appeared. The ceiling may have been sprayed initially I’m not sure but I’m after a brush cut in & roll for good coverage and light reflection pref with only 1 coat of dilux ceiling paint in natural white. Please provide quote including with and without sugar soap prep clean as i may be able to do this myself depending on when the job can be done. I’m moving in so really hoping to get it done asap. Thank you - Due date: Before Sunday, 14 January 2024
