The two rails for a draw in my outdoor kitchen need to be re-attached. See pictures. Should be straight forward.

I need two rails for sliding doors removed from the wall. (brick) They are held by screws that I can't budge with a normal screwdriver. There are also small brackets that held wooden pelmets which also need to be removed.

The screw broke in half inside the coffee machine Need: Unscrew the broken screws and assemble this part of the coffee machine (with rubber ring) Required: Bring your own screw tightening tools, new ones suitable for this 920 model screws.

Invisible mould but unit has strong mould odour, need somone experience to find it (i think i know where) and treat it. Please advise what you to get rid of odour, spores and any testing if required? Cost? And when you would be free to come do inspection this week before thurday?

I need to drill the hole in the concert wall to install 19 shelves.(7 shelves about 1.8 metres long with a holding capacity of 50KG each, and the rest of the shelves are very short) please see the attached photos, the screw and wall plug may not be enough, please bring more screw and wall plug. the long shelves may need dynabolts to hold these brackets in the walls. also, I need to install one cloth shelf at a different location at Abbotsford about 15 minutes away from Burwood.

Garage is sitting Independently detached from the house next to the backyard but at a lower ground level and the concrete foundation and the sides are letting water in when there is heavy rain. Also the dampness is causing white mould on the floor. History: The garage is part of the old construction which had a very bad roof and timber structuring which has been fully relaced. Good morning! We have a 1,5-2 hrs job and are looking for a handyman.We live in Birchgrove. We need to hang 1 large and 1 small frame , and one little Mirror on the wall, both requiring nails. Additionally, we need a bidet toilet seat assembled.( toilet seat has an instruction manual )

We hired a sealer to come patch holes from recent electric and plumbing work. We did this so that we could repaint and with a fresh wall as we are installing new kitchen. I am pretty sure the work the tiler/sealer did is very poor and not up to scratch. (See photos) Unfortunately we are only adding a new kitchen because we discovered hidden water damage after purchasing our first apartment. The cabinets get put in Monday so we would need help tomorrow. I am 3 weeks from delivering my first baby so it’s all quite stressful. Please let me know the amount of work it would require to smooth this out. We feel a bit cheated as he said the work would smooth out everything and we could paint it all white for a blank canvas for our kitchen install and it’s left a huge mess for us to clean and figure out.

I need someone to hang a neon light and a large framed painting. The walls are drywall/plaster wall so I'm unsure how to hang them. I've attached pictures of the screws I have on hand. The large framed painting weighs 5kg. Available today anytime between 3pm and 6pm in Summer Hill.

I acquired some pinboard which I’d like mounted on a wall. I’m unsure whether it needs backing and/or a frame in order for this to happen. So if framing it is a worthwhile step then it’s a carpentry job. If there’s a good way to mount it without a frame then it’s a handyman job. Pinboard is approx 1.2m x 1.8m. (Pictured) The wall it’s to be mounted to appears to be brick. I don’t yet have any mounting hardware.
