Hello Folks, We need an experienced Plumber to carry out two reasonably straightforward jobs .. 1. Replace an entire Toilet inc Cistern with a new one. 2 . Apply sealing around two seperate Showers to prevent current minor water leaks / overflows including applying / fitting shower door seal on the bottom of the door. ( see photos ) The job needs to be done asap please. I can provide the new toilet from Bunnings if you can provide the specifications.. alternatively I am happy to get quotes on a new one

Kitchen tap leaking from where the goose neck attaches to the rest of the tap. Not to sure if needs new o-rings, needs to be sealed/waterproofed somewhere.

I have just got my bathroom retiled and old sink removed as part of that process. We have an existing stormwater pipe which goes from our downpipe to a street curb exit. It has degraded over time and tree roots are blocking. We would like a PVC stormwater pipe to replace (go next to) the existing. It is a length of <5m and goes under the Footpath.

I need to do concrete slab at the backyard. All you need to do is to set up the pipe at the correct level and connect it to a pit about 10-20m away. one pipes and one pits for left and right side respectively need to be done.

water dripping under the benchtop (Randomly!!) not sure where exactly is leaking but water seems travelling from where the tap is along the sink. Tap is pretty new, probably less than 1 year. Doesn't seem to be caulking issue as the builder already come recaulked around the sink.

Supply and install a new shower and base. There is an existing shower and base that will need to be removed and discarded. All material to be supplied.

Need a certified plumber to fix the PTR valve. Also, PTR line needs to be extended to compliant with the Victorian regulations.

When you want to open them the taps are difficult to open and when you want to close them they require a lot of effort to tighten before the water stops coming out - Due date: Flexible
