Water keeps filling up and going down very slowly after flushing. Toilet also makes a gurgling sound when showering. I think the drain outside needs unclogging as I have taken the cover off and have noticed it’s all clogged up.

The tank takes a lot of time to fill up once flushed. Also, it does not fill up fully and stops at a very low level, so the float needs to be adjusted or replaced.
