Find experienced vinyl flooring contractors in NSW

I have a small room 2.174 meters X 2.39 meters and the carpet needs to be replaced with affordable vinyl flooring (preferably in natural oak finish) This will only be in this room for approximately 12 months so I am looking for a cheaper / budget option. If u have any off cuts let me know what u have got.

We have some minor scratches to our Vinyl Flooring from our parents. Looking at seeking some professional help in repairing these if possible...do not need to replace the flooring. Looking for a solution that can make it the scratches look less apparent.
