Repair to an outside small deck, (just one panel needs to be replaced). Glueing 3 outside tiles and regrout them, spare tiles available and regrouting patch work small area as seen in last picture.

Bac Deck needs to be sanded, it’s in okay condition

We have an exposed timber staircase that needs needs some attention. Nail heads would need to be tapped back in then deck sanded and stained. 2nd deck is flat and semi exposed. Area would need to be sanded and stained.

I would like to get my 3 bedrooms house painted plus the back deck to be oiled

Need person with a sander to sand back and then oil the deck, wall and gate shown in images. No rush. I would like the job done on 21 or 22 April, provided it is a dry sunny day🌞. I will provide the oil. You need all other equipment.

Deck patchy due to render getting on deck and being pressure washed off. We need the deck completely sanded back. Deck size Long skinny piece approx - 6.5m x 1.1m Larger deck area approx - 4.5m x 5.1m

Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

Timber deck and access ramp need to be power washed, sanded and coated (Cabot's Aquadeck Merbau). Slats are slightly cupped, but in overall good condition. No nails, only SQ2 screws. Job needs to start after restaurant trade hours, at 3pm.
