The area is 6.1 meters x 5.1 meters in area. It was originally built in 2010 in Kauri pine. After 8 years I started painting as staining wasn't effective. It was painted 3 years ago in acrylic paint (Merbau colour) and needs sanding and repainting. Some boards have been replaced.

Hole in the deck for tree trunk; tree has grown and pushed decking up - need to cut larger hole in deck to give the tree room.

I have one verandah 11m x 1m and one deck 7m x 1.5m approx that need sanding so they can be coated with varnish. The verandah just needs an orbital maintainence sand, it’s in good condition. Maybe a bit of hand sanding around the edges. The deck needs a stronger effort but is less visible as it’s at the back of the house.

Granny flat in mentone requires some maintenance. 1. Light sand and seal front and rear deck with slip resistant stain 2. Fill cracks and holes in pergola and paint in monument. You supply all materials and paint. I will have all the plants trimmed back from the deck prior to commencement.

There are about four or five timber boards on my outdoor deck which have become loose and do not stick in place the wood below them has rot. The boards themselves are all fine, just the timber underneath on a couple is damaged. Not sure on what the best way to repair them is, so looking for some guidance on that. Need to cut the deck in half to make room for new project. Potentially also to include disposal of removed timber.
