Picture is the step to be replaced. 145cm by 32cm. Current step is 3cm thick. I believe current rails could be reused, depending on their condition after the current step is disassembled. Currently there is one long wooden skirting board covering the dishwasher, oven and cabinets. To remove the dishwasher and oven need to modify the skirting board and make it into different section in order to pull out current dishwasher and oven.

We need to heighten existing gyprock wall in shed by approx 260cm deep. Dimensions of the room are L: 3.750m W: 2.850m and height: 260cm.
