We are in need of an experienced carpenter to undertake structural carpentry work for a laundry renovation project. Scope of Work: Structural carpentry to create a framework ( similar to photo below) for the laundry area approximately 2m*2,1/2m, including installation of plasterboard to cover the framework and create a finished surface. We require a carpenter who can work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Please supply and install ceiling cornice to match the existing cornice around two built in robes. The cornice is 60 x 45 I think (see images). Main bedroom needs about 2750 long edge x 630 short edge. Study needs approx 1970 x 630. Currently MDF wardrobe. Let me know if I have to prime or paint it to prepare for your install. Must clean up after.

My white ikea dining table has gotten bad water damage/bubbles all across the top of the veneer. Looking for someone to re-veneer the top (ideally stripping the whole top and re-veneering). Looking to integrate my wine fridge into the cabinet under the stairway. Looking for a handy man with some carpentry skills and moulding to make it look integrated.

(Stone 20mm thick with 40mm edge) You also need to pick up flatpack cabinet from the same factory in Thomas town 2. The stone bench needs to be cut to fit the kitchen cabinet size 1600 x 580. Please note that this is kitchen island cabinet style, so I will need an overhand area approximately 300 mm. Hence, the stone bench top need to be cut and resize to 1600 x 900, correct me if I’m wrong here (can keep the same dept dimension) You will need to have your own place or space to cut the stone before install the kitchen island, as the installation will be at apartment in Southbank and won’t have space to cut the stone. 3. Need complete kitchen island installation services at an apartment in Southbank (install kitchen cabinet, install kitchen bench top, and water fall) please note that one side of the kitchen will be next to the wall. I have a small balcony (1850x2550mm) just above ground level. It unfortunately doesn't seem to be level in all places, and small amounts of water end up pooling in the top right area instead of flowing away. I'm looking for someone to fix this issue with some cement/concrete so that the water doesn't pool. I'm looking to put IKEA decking over it afterwards (as you can already see in the picture. I'll remove the existing decking before the job, was just laying it out to get a feel). The wooden box on the side contains an air-conditioner unit.

I bought this vanity desk and tried to assemble it myself and have not done a great job at all. Ultimately I’m stuck at the drawers and they have become jammed, I think I have broken the tracks. I need someone to come finish the job for me & maybe get new tracks for the drawers ? I will reimburse the fee for new tracks as a seperate cost. Sick of it being half finished in my room need someone to save it !!!

I have wire shelves in my pantry (as pictured). These are insufficient and I would like proper wooden shelves built into the pantry - wrapped around in a U shape (shorter on both sides) with enough room for appliances to be stored underneath and on the lowest shelf. Being an old house, there are a few tricky materials that would need to be supported (hope that makes sense!). The walk-in pantry is .92 x 1.52. I have had a series of tradespeople lined up to quote and then either fail to show up or cancel the work. I urgently need this work completed as this is the only storage I have in my place.
