Vinyl sheet flooring needs replacing on ground floor of flat in Murrumbeena. Area measures 3.7m wide by 5.5m long. Order and pickup flooring from Bunnings. 2. Remove and dispose existing vinyl 3. Clean and prepare existing concrete floor 4. Lay new vinyl sheet, make good and tidy up The area will be empty of furniture. Will need to cut in around kitchen cupboards and the balustrade of the staircase. I would expect 1 person approx. 4 hours work. My estimated cost includes the purchase of specified vinyl.

We are renovating our kitchen and are ripping up the cork floors that have wooden floor boards underneath. Once we demolish the kitchen & pull up the cork we need someone to sand the floorboards down on Monday 6 May, then return approximately a week later once the kitchen has been installed to polish, stain (to match existing floorboards) and seal. The area is approximately 5.4 x 2.6m. First pic shows a small part that we’ve ripped up to reveal the floorboard, other pics are the existing boards we are trying to match.

I'm about to get new carpet laid. Before I do, I would like someone to come out and fix the squeaky floor on the 2nd storey as well as the staircase. You would need to walk around and see which parts squeak and which do not. I want someone who has experience with this type of problem and can fix it and get it done right the first time. The top storey is not that big, 3 average size bedrooms and a small hallway plus the stair case. The rooms are carpeted but since the carpet is going to be changed, the carpet can be pulled up if required. The hallway carpet has mostly been removed due to a small renovation we just did as you can see in the images. It also needs to be done on either Thursday 28th December or Tuesday 2nd January after 10am. - Due date: Before Thursday, 28 December 2023
