We need someone experienced to install coving vinyl. Area around 3000mmx3300mm. Vinyl will be provided, shower area already waterproofed. Will look like the last photo

Lay/fix vinyl planks to apartment hallway joining with the newly laid carpet and fastened/finished off neatly. We already have the vinyl planks. The old carpet will need to be removed. Cement floor. Area = 1.07m x 3.58m

Provide a quote to install 100 sqm of block Australian hardwood parquetry (260x65x19 or 260x65x14) on a concrete slab to a 50 year old single level house. Pattern either Herringbone or square on square. Assist us to determine if additional floor preparation will be required. Strong preference is to direct stick to slab (ie no plywood underneath). Need for moisture barrier to be assessed. Our intention is to purchase wood direct from mill. Attached images are plans of house. Highlighted areas (except kitchen area) to be timbered. Timbered area will be completed subsequently. We are seeking an experienced professional installer with a folio of completed jobs they can show and or client references. We will be able to commence on relatively short notice once quote has been agreed. Main timing factor will be wood supply. Cut in and anchor subfloor

Pet has chewed through section of upstairs carpet. We have a fairly decent sized piece of replacement carpet so hoping this will suffice, but please refer to images. This area of our carpet has been replaced before. Located Taigum 4018 and free at most times for job completion. Thanks!

Small lip/piece of carpet to be glued back down, easy job 10-15min.

The room (~4x3m) has a chipboard cladding over the VJs. I would like the chipboard removed please. It is nailed in and fairly easy to remove by just pulling (no glue that we can see so far) however it pulls through the nails. The skirting boards and some trim will have to be removed as well as well as the nails. Rubbish can be left behind, we're happy to clean it all up.
