Hi I have attached a photo of the existing latch thing on the metal sidegate of the house. I have also attached two photos of the kind of lock (the black one) that I'm looking to have installed. What we need is a proper lock that can only be opened with a key from the outside. Please put an offer with a quote. Initially I wanted a smartlock but have realized that's not possible on this gate so just the regular one will do. As per the photo, I am in need of some Perspex (which I have) to be cut to size and somehow attached to the existing gate. The reason being is that currently the external lighting bollards render the pool non-compliant due to the fact that a child could climb over the fencing. Please note there are two (2) gates exactly the same. It is for a complex of units in which I need to present quotes initially to the Body Corporate Committee for review. Fix hinges on garden gate....

Hi there, I am looking for someone to affix a gate to brick house. Top hinge has come loose from wall & bottom hinge has actually snapped so needs replacing. Please see photos.

The anchoring bolt of the side garden gate attached to the wall is loose. The garden gate is now half detached from the exterior wall of the property once the gate is opened. Require someone to anchor and seal the gate back properly to the exterior wall. Need a proper permanent fix. Also note the bottom of the gate there is a hole drilled into the gate, allowing the bolt to penetrate deeper into the wall (see photos, highlighted in red circle). The middle, and top of the gate had no holes on the frames of the gate, so the bolts from the middle and top of the gate does not penetrate into the wall.

Side gate was removed to allow for earth moving equipment to pass by. Most pine pailings, steel post and gate are ready to install. Concrete will be required.

Outdoor area covered by roof line but will require swimming pool glue and metal edge along path. Approx 8m2 with porcelain tiles 600x600x9.5mm thick.

The metal pillar of my front gate is pulling out of the concrete brick of my fence. It possibly needs bigger dynabolts installed to secure it back onto the fence.
