Hi I have attached a photo of the existing latch thing on the metal sidegate of the house. I have also attached two photos of the kind of lock (the black one) that I'm looking to have installed. What we need is a proper lock that can only be opened with a key from the outside. Please put an offer with a quote. As per the photo, I am in need of some Perspex (which I have) to be cut to size and somehow attached to the existing gate. The reason being is that currently the external lighting bollards render the pool non-compliant due to the fact that a child could climb over the fencing. Please note there are two (2) gates exactly the same. It is for a complex of units in which I need to present quotes initially to the Body Corporate Committee for review. Gate fell off during recent storms, put it back up and it moved back into position in the tracks but the systec modem is giving a red error light on the status and it is stuck. And there is a bracket missing up top the gate (flew off during the storm) so it’s a little wobbly. This job needs someone with systec motor or gate install experience. - Due date: Flexible

Job 1. Need a few broken and rotted planks replaced. The fence has kinda come off the back support so may need to look at that also. See job1 photo. A tree root pulled the back fence away from the side post so now it needs to be re-attached and will likely need a small extension of the back or side fence (whichever is easier).
