I have a rental property that needs a few things fixed. Please see below details: 1. Cupboard door has come off, needs new hinges as the old ones can't be used. Need to place hinges in different location on the cupboard. 2. The curtain bead chain in one of the bedrooms is broken, needs to be replaced 3. The kitchen curtain bead chain needs a stick on tape to secure it to the window frame. This one is not a concern as it will just need a double side tape.

We require some assistance with the following work, underneath our house (1920-1930’s build): Access under house is good from 40 cm to 1.4m - Wash and bag of 26 piers and chimney base - Replacing 4 brick piers which are leaning (1-1.2m access in this area) - Install ant caps and damp course on 4 new brick piers - Repair of leaning pier at front of house (has tilted 1 inch to the side) - Checking of other piers under house We have received quotes from three businesses also, so have an estimate of costs but wanted to check on Airtasker too. Price is just to fill the requirement, price to be finalised once quote accepted.

I need awnings done because of the rain. I have attached pictures of the house and also the style of awning I want. The front of the house has double doors and there’s no awning so the rain gets in. The material of the house is bricks that had popcorn wall on it which was rendered. As you can see in the photos, the top of the door and the roof are very close together and there’s not much space so I’m not sure if the awning is possible, please let me know. If not possible, please suggest an alternate way.
