Need handyman to gurney walkway and do some ground level painting and odd chores. You must have your own gurney and experience painting. Gurney and broom scrub walkway Sat arvo. Attach new PVC piping to existing PVC outlet pipe (approx. 30mm) to take water to ground level. See photos. Will require a few metres of PVC pipe and some elbows. The pipe needs to be attached to the wall and lead down to the bottom of the stairs (where the water currently drips anyway) but at least it will keep the stairs drier and avoid further damage to the edging of the grout where it joins the wall. We will look at installing a drain at a later date, but that's not your concern at this stage. This job does not require plumbing skills. Measure, cut some pipe, put in some bends and divert it.

Door has come off hinge and needs immediate fixing so we can open/close the main entry door to the office. might need 2 people as door is heavy. currently on 2 hinges and would ideally like to add another one or two hinges for more stability - please let me know your quote and when it can be done - prefer to have it done ASAP - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 1 February 2024
