Middle pane of a triple-pane top-hung awning window is stuck open approx 30cm from base (winder handle has been detached). Frame along top appears to flex/bend if attempting to force it closed. Need help fixing - may need hinge or panel adjustments, re-hanging or other solution. Total window dimensions is 2400W x 1400H. Top of window is difficult to reach - may need ladder if work needs to be done along top of frame. Pictures show window from inside, and how far middle panel is stuck out from outside.

I need to replace the bathroom floor drain cover (the metal insert that sits on top of the waste drain in the middle of the bathroom floor). I have found the exact item online, eg. bathroomsonabudget.com.au (Bermuda Mega Square Tile Insert Floor Waste 100mm SKU: 11203.01), and can purchase the item myself and have it ready. I have researched how to do it myself (e.g. here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZLm8u4I7g0), but I don't have the tools, eg. a grout saw, to remove the existing insert. I think the new item will also need to be grouted back in.
