Treadmill belt keeps slipping to the left. Needs adjustment & potentially new belt

Our Vuly Swing set needs an extension added to the end of the set. This was purchased second hand. After taking off the cover it appears that one end of the swing has been dropped or knocked and is now slightly misshaped. It will therefore not permit the extension to be added to the end of the swing. Please see images below. I believe an angle grinder may be suitable to smooth out the deformed end enough to add the extension. It’s an easy install once the deformed end is fixed. Example of how it should look at the other and is also included

I have a leak outside the front of my house, need someone with a concrete cutter to make 2 cuts about 100mm deep, roughly 400mm from the corner so I can lift it out to allow access for the plumber to fix. Preferably I'd like to keep it in 1 square piece so I can put it back after. Any questions let me know thanks
