I’m Looking to mount a large boxing bag in my garage. The garage is cement slabs on the ceiling and brick on the walls. I do not have the mount yet to hang the bag, and I do not know the best way to hang it without causing any possible issues. I’m looking for someone with experience with hanging bags who can help in picking the best mount, installing and getting the job done.
