There are 2 pipes that need to be moved to allow new flooring to be laid. I don’t know whether the pipes are in use for anything or not. They will need to be moved to the wall and the floor made flat. There is a 3rd pipe that is head-height and would want to move this towards the wall and higher so it is less intrusive (secondary priority)

We need someone to hang a heavy mirror and multiple photos and pieces of art. Needs a drill and correct wall plugs/hanging apparatus, laser level

After someone who can hang two pictures for us. Easy job. Would suit a Dee why local.

I just bought a used BES920 with leaking around the portafilter/grouphead (perhaps gasket is worn and needs replacing) and pressure isn’t reaching 9bars (but it is with a blind basket). Would like to have it fixed with calcium build-up removed for a complete seal, and a general check of other potential failure points or issues affecting performance for machine of this age (ie o-rings, scale buildup, etc). Would like to have it working at full capacity with a clean bill of health. The system was built Dec 2018 but only has 600 shots on the shot counter. Other than above issue it looks clean internally with no other visible signs of leaks from what I could tell.

Roof shingles to be installed (glue or sikaflex?). Shingles provided. Will require a ladder. Some issues with the seat and other small repair work that would require nail/gun and drill. We would also like a report on whether you think more repair works would be needed. Haven’t got a great deal of info from customer but the roof shingles fixed/repaired of the main priority. She has said water has been getting in and inside has mould so would want that cleaned too. Potential for ongoing. Ideally need a carpenter/chipper or someone who has dealt with flat pack saunas
