The hot water fire cannot be lit. When you press the pilot, the small fire of hot water can be lit. However, the small fire will be self-extinguishing after releasing the pilot. I have tried to press pilot for few minutes. It still doesn't work. And also I try to polish and replace a new theremalcouple. It still doesn't work. I'm having an issue with a stagnant muddy water smell coming from underneath our house after the recent rains last couple of days. Our house is on concrete stumps but the entry to the underneath area will be tight. I suspect there is water ponding under the house or perhaps maybe a heating duct has come down and water is getting in and then the smells are brought into the house when the heating comes on. I need someone to go underneath the house and check the ducts and do necessary repairs.

Hissing noise behind my shower wall. I would like someone to come and inspect and fix it. No apparent leaks but only the noise behind the wall. I'm guessing that it could be a leak behind walls and there are tiles on the wall. No rooms behind the shower.
