Wooden door is weather affected by moisture and won't close. Needs to be planed to close. Should take an hour or less.

We have patched up the bottom hole and we need a new suitable handle and dead bolt. The dead bolt hole may need to be moved too. Any chance you could come and have a look? Duck out and get suitable locks and install them?
