My stairs are creaky and need to be screwed down. They carpet is being ripped up, and the stairs need to be fixed before the new carpet is put down on May 27. Have had a builder inspect and say it’s a straightforward job for a carpenter

Need a gaden shed from bunnings assembled in my backyard. The product is the Absco premier double door shed 3mx 2.36m. There is a concrete slab in the backyard and the footings are ready to go.

Need 2 second hand garage doors installed. I have the doors, motors and tracks and most of the bolts. May need a few extras. Will need L brackets and some timber to fill out one side. Would prefer someone with experience. Will also need written or emailed quotes for real estate records.

Need a desk built with a fold down top. Have included a few images for examples. I want to fit my monitor to the top. Have included an image of the mount I’ll use (I’ll supply it). The mount usually needs to be fit to a stud and the screws are 55 mm and the monitor weights about 9 kg. Looking for some plain wood (tas oak type but doesn’t need to be tas oak). If you’ve worked with ply and can finish it well then that’s an option as well. Looking to have the table height (with the fold down top up) at a height of 72.5 cms, the table to be 58 cm deep and 80 cm wide and the gap between the fold down top and the table (see pencil drawing) to be about 20 cms. This will the clearance between the two levels of the table when the top is folded down.

Cabinet to make a 720H x425W mm with with one middle shelf and door, in laminate white boards. I have boards leftover matching existing.

I would like storage built under my stairs. Maybe 3-4 cupboards with shelving. Up to where the line is drawn. Similar to the image attached.

Fully enclosed netting for backyard to keep cat in

Some of our kitchen cabinets are missing a shelf and our linen cupboard needs shelves. We are seeking someone to measure, source and install the shelving.

I have approx 10-12 rotten weatherboards on my single story home, that require replacement. I can do the painting. All very accessible. If you could include materials in your quotes please.

Looking for someone to install cat netting on side alley, and to hammer in some scrap wood to block off a bottom gap. Side alley - around 8m long x 1m wide, wood to wood (but may be a bit fiddly as fence wood isn’t perfect - see pics). One end is already enclosed, the other end needs to be netted (no zip or anything, just net closed). Cat netting needs edge created with the rope first. Under gap - around 4.5m long, wood needs sawing to fit length (height fits perfectly). Cat netting, rope, u-nails, scrap wood all supplied so just need someone who has ideally installed it before. I have a wall of Ikea Billy bookcases that I need a base built for so they can raised above the skirting boards and also touch the ceiling. I am trying to achieve builtins on a budget. I also need help to fit them next to each other against the wall as it is a very tight fit - might need some creative solution to get them into place.

There is a burn mark on the kitchen top ..hence the bench top need to be replaced.
