Remove existing raised wooden (double bed) frame, basic rung ladder and closet. Currently attached to two walls and single support post at forth corner. Build / install new raised wooden (king single) bed frame and custom steps. Mattress base at an approximate height of 2.1m. New design is in a similar style to the previous, fixed to two walls and support post for the forth corner. Photo (original bed frame in a nursery room) and new design / measurements are attached. We have a Kaboodle pull out pantry to install/build in. It will go at the end of an existing base and upper cabinet row. I have the end panels and kick board and will need part of the existing laminate bench cut 40-50mm. Also needing to replace one base cabinet end panel and remove under sink shelf. All parts are here ready to go including kickboards and end panel

3350w opening in kitchen wall Have a registered builder (with building licence that I can see on QBCC) put an opening in my kitchen wall approx 3350wide. It is 2600 up to match an existing opening in the joining wall. The wall currently supports the roof, in a Queenslander home. I'm not a builder but I expect a new structural beam to be installed and maybe readjust the existing VJ boards to suit the new opening. I expect you'll supply and install new KDFJ pine architraves around the opening to match the existing opening (which was done last year, so I expect more of that architrave is available). Referring to the photo provided, you’d see the right bit of an existing opening. The opening is to extend that opening around the corner to the right side of the doorway. Ideally want just a post on the corner joining the two openings. Architraves would need to match the existing opening (on the left of the photo). In case it helps context, I will put an island cupboard with stone benchtops under the space provided by the opening you create - with lights dropping from the ceiling over the benchtop. The opening will make the outlooks through the windows more visible.

I’m reconfiguring my kitchen to also have an island bench including putting a stone kin on my current 33mm thick bench tops with a bull nose (I expect the bullnose will need to go) - such that it looks like a 40mm thick stone bench top. Colour: light coloured Sizes: Under East Window • 565 deep x 3795 across Sink area • 1565 across x 570 deep Return • 870 deep x 1420 across + waterfall edge (870 x 870). Note this will form a 280mm bench to be sat at. So will want stone on the inside / under side as well for the bench. Small bench • 500 x 505 + waterfall 505x870 Island bench (yet to be moved in place. Does not have existing substrate for the stone skin/veneer) • 1095 x 2100. 300 of the 1095 represents a bench. The bench is not built and so will need substrate built to facilitate the bench. Similarly 300 of the waterfall ends don't have the substrate for the bench. + waterfall 1095 x 870 (split by a post) + waterfall 1095 x 870 (with a notch at the bottom because it is across two different floor levels)

Draftsman to draw plans for butterfly stairs off existing back deck. House is in Red Hill, Brisbane Carpenter engaged who would like plans drawn with the following Suggestion: Stair landing on it's own footing with lower stair flight sit on the deck with double joists underneath. I have a kwila bottom deck (6 x 5m) that has starting showing signs of wood rot in some joists causing the planks to become bouncing and unstable in places. Most of the deck is still rock solid but the rotten joists happen to be in the most trafficked area leading straight out to the back yard. For now I just need the load taken away from these joists and to have them supported by some additional hardwood screwed in alongside and the planks screwed back in neatly. I'll likely replace the whole deck in a few years so don't need to over engineer this. Flexible with time and open to ideas :)
