Hey there I run an art studio and social enterprise in hazelbrook and we're looking for someone to help finish setting up our analogue photography darkroom. I was doing it myself but ive been called out of town on a huge job. It would probably be one hour chatting to one of our artists about what needs to be done, an hour sourcing equipment and materials, but I'm not sure how many hours need to complete the set up. from memory its things like hanging wire for photos to hang on, installing a rack in/above the sink, hanging two red light boxes, installing a shelf for equipment, hanging a barn door and curtain in entrance, and i know i am forgetting some things. please let me know your hourly rate.

The metal frame of our coffee table has finally given in. I think it needs welding (?!) but any aesthetic brace would suffice. I have small kids so I need this fixed quickly as the marble top is heavy and will soon collapse.

I need help with a bathroom door that’s jamming on the frame when I close it. It only happens in winter time I guess due to some contraction - but it’s hard to close the door. Seems to be scraping close to the door handle. It either needs to have the hinges removed and reinstalled properly - or just shave down the door a bit so it doesn’t scrape. Install showerscreen in pool area, you need to provide tools to drill and detectors to check for metal/cable/pipe before drilling. I can help with holding the rail while you install.

Hang an 80 x 65 cm mirror

Mount 65 inch TV to brick wall in the living room. TV has existing bracket from previous hanging and I think I have all the parts. Hang round mirror above buffet, will need to bring screws.

Remove the built-in TV unit and fix into another room.

Remove existing leaf diverters and install new supplied leaf diverters to a metal downpipe must be installed according to instructions provided by the manufacturer must be experienced at doing this task as it is important to me that it's done correctly.
