we need shelves built in the storeroom. 3 x 3m shelves on 1 wall and 3 x 1.4m shelves on another wall. We have purchased the shelving and the brackets. Do not have the screws.

Small kitchen install about 10 cabinets, no drawers faces or doors just panels. On plastic feet fully assembled ready to install, detailed numbered plans will be available, I run my own cabinetry business and am seeking someone for future installs as well hopefully. The AC motor unit on my balcony already has a cage around it but I was hoping to get a top built so I can utilise the space. It would need to be approx. 1.1m long x 0.65m deep x 1.05m high, with at least two legs and some bracing in the frame. I am thinking a weather resistant timber top, as it often gets rain and/or full sun, plus my cat will likely jump on it to watch birds. We have tried multiple cleaners in the past, who can’t seem to lift these particular stains from dog urine. Needing 3 large bedrooms steam cleaned, with heavy duty stain remover. Stain is from dog Urine. And a 4 seater lounge with chaise cleaned with heavy duty stain removal in one corner of the couch. The couch has been cleaned multiple times but can never lift the stain fully.

Supply and fit netting for a veggie patch box. Will need suitable staple gun to attach the netting. Box is around 3.5m wide, 1m deep and 1m tall.current netting was ripped out by a tradie to access under the box. This job also includes removal of current netting to leave a near job. Installation of 150mm feathered edge skirting with contact adhesive. Skirting and adhesive supplied. Room is 4900mmx4075mm. No need for cutting internal or external corners as skirting will sit flush when bent. There are 2 doors so skirting will need to be cut. Preferably this afternoon if possible.

Sanding n restain decking

We are after someone who can give our verandah and deck a light sand and couple of coats of stain. Approx 32m2 over 2 areas. See pic for dimensions and back deck area. Don’t have photos of veranda

Red wine was spilt on the carpet. It’s an old stain. Most of the colour has been removed, it’s just a light stain that needs to be to go.

Remove current kitchen island and take away. Install new IKEA kitchen island to replace made up of 3 simple IKEA cabinets (see image). Then we need a smaller frame build attached to the right of the new island for a lower waterfall section to be covered in stone (by someone else). Looking for someone to start the job ASAP.

I have an unusable fully integrated half dishwasher. I'd like to replace it with my LG full size freestanding dishwasher under the bench. Task includes: - remove old fully integrated dishwasher - remove the drawer under - remove the side panels and bottom panel to create a space where it can fit my new freestanding dishwasher (60cm X 60cm X 85cm) under the kitchen bench. - place the dishwasher under the bench - install the dishwasher. The section of the cabinet is 60cm wide, so it should fit the dishwasher. Bonus if you can close the space between the kitchen bench and the top of the dishwasher. (Kitchen bench height 87cm vs dishwasher 85cm tall) ETA of dishwasher is tomorrow Monday 7/11. So anytime after that would be awesome!

We recently had our oven replaced but the new oven is ever so slightly taller, which now means the cover panel above it won't fit flush again. The cover panel needs to be shaved down to allow it to sit flush again. Apartment is in Hamilton, flexible with day and time as work from home.
